1. What is UX Insights Hub?
UX Insights Hub is an online research community and telemetry panel where members participate in tech-related studies to earn rewards for their responses and data.
Joining the Panel
1. Who can join UX Insights Hub?
Right now UX Insights Hub is available to anyone in the US who is 18 years of age or older, and who owns an Android smartphone with Android 9 or higher.
2. I live in a country other than the USA. Can I still join UX Insights Hub?
Currently UX Insights Hub is only available for people who live in the USA. We will hopefully be able to make it available to people living in other countries in the future.
3. I have an Apple iPhone. Can I join UX Insights Hub?
Right now UX Insights Hub is only available to Android users. We are looking into the possibility of making it available to iPhone users in the future.
4. How do I join UX Insights Hub?
Download the UX Insights Hub app here, and then complete the registration process directly in the app.
5. Can I refer a friend to join UX Insights Hub?
Yes, definitely – as long as they meet all the requirements to join. If so, please share this page with them and they can download the app and start earning rewards too.
6. Can I sign up for more than one account?
No, you each user is only eligible for one account, which is linked directly to their mobile phone.
Surveys
1. How do I know when a new survey is available?
You will receive a notification on your phone from UX Insights Hub when we make new surveys available. You can also check the notifications section of the app (top right corner) to see if there are any new surveys.
2. When I try and take a survey it says it is full. What does this mean?
Some surveys require only a certain number of responses. If it says the survey is full, it means that the required number of responses as been completed, and we do not need any more participants.
3. When I try and take a survey, I answer the first few questions, and it says I did not qualify. What does this mean?
For some surveys we are looking for a specific demographic, or someone who owns or uses a certain product, feature or service. If you do not meet this criteria, then you will not qualify for that particular survey.
4. When will rewards points be added to my account after I have completed a survey?
We will aim to post all rewards points to accounts within one week of the survey closing. If you think you are missing reward points after this timeframe, then please contact us.
5. Do I have to participate in every study?
No, you are not required to participate in every study. However, the more studies you participate in, the more rewards points you will earn.
Earning and Redeeming Rewards
1. How do I receive my gift voucher?
When you have enough rewards points, you can request to convert your rewards points to a gift voucher directly in the UX Insights Hub app. You will then receive your gift voucher via email within five working days.
2. What can I redeem my rewards points for?
Currently rewards points can be redeemed for Amazon.com gift vouchers only.
3. Do my rewards points expire?
Your rewards points will expire after 540 day if you do not use the app or complete a survey within this time. Otherwise, your rewards will remain valid.
4. Is there a minimum number of rewards points I need to exchange for a gift voucher?
Yes, the minimum number of rewards points you need to cash out is 500 points, the equivalent of $5.00

2. I want to leave the UX Insights Hub panel. How do I do that?
If you wish to leave the UX Insights Hub panel, you can do so directly within the app – select that you wish to ‘Delete your account’. Alternatively, you can contact us through the contact page on this website and let us know you wish to delete your account.
